This place was so massive I was temporarily confused about where to turn in and park! I finally realized it was all one big place and we followed a few other folks through the door of what turned out to be a take-out only portion of the establishment. Since Bill of Bill’s Grill had told us about their legendary buffet, we decided we had to check that out before leaving. Inside, we saw posters for concerts, speakers, and presentations in the Bill Ellis Convention Center - no kidding! And on our way out, we noticed they had their own fleet of trucks. This place was truly an “operation”. They must do a heck of a catering business.
